I’ve actually started using the tumblr dashboard. Maybe it’s because I started following IHC again.
Summing up 3 years on Tumblr
Looking through 3 years on tumblr in the beautiful archives section, I can distinguish the top 3 most tumbled months:
Helsinki:
Going home. Scandinavian night light blinding me.
Going home tomorrow
To sum up Japan. I stand in line to pay the check after eating dinner at a restaurant. I feel the need to pick my teeth. I look around for someone to ask for a toothpick, and then I see a carefully placed toothpick stand right in front of me. Going out of the restaurant I see I man in his 30s walk by, two Duffys (super cute Disney teddy bears) tucked under his arm, and no sign of embarrassment whatsoever. On my way back to the hotel, the taxi driver looks like he is about to fall asleep, like really fall asleep a couple of times. Now I have just purchased an ice cold Kirin and looking out over the myriad of Shibuya skyscrapers. I am going to miss this immensely.

Had a closeup look at this box today and it’s such a a funny idea. Also one of the most well designed pieces of cardboard I’ve seen for ages. It feels antique and very very “now”. :D

Hall surname meaning
My surname went from “Hall” to “Håhl” when my British ancestor established himself in Sweden.

This weekend I trashed two things:
1. a camera, not mine.
2. an eardrum, mine.
It sucks.
